الشروط والأحكام | Terms & Conditions

1. استخدام الموقع | Use of Site



استخدامك للموقع يعني موافقتك على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدامه.

2. المنتجات والتوافر | Products & Availability



نسعى لعرض المنتجات بدقة، لكن لا نضمن أن جميع التفاصيل خالية من الأخطاء. التوافر والأسعار قد تتغير دون إشعار.

We aim to display products accurately but cannot guarantee all details are error-free. Availability and prices may change without notice.



3. الطلبات والدفع | Orders & Payment



عند تقديم الطلب، فأنت توافق على الشراء وفقًا لهذه الشروط. نحتفظ بحق قبول أو رفض أي طلب.

By placing an order, you agree to purchase under these terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders.

الدفع متاح عبر البطاقات الائتمانية، أو الوسائل الأخرى المتوفرة عند إنهاء الطلب.

Payment is accepted by credit\debit cards, or any available method at checkout.



4. الشحن والتوصيل | Shipping & Delivery



نوفر الشحن داخل الإمارات. يتم حساب التكاليف عند الدفع. لا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.

Shipping is available within the UAE. Costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.



5. الإرجاع والاستبدال | Returns & Exchanges



يمكنك الإرجاع أو الاستبدال وفقًا لـ [سياسة الإرجاع]. يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وبحالتها الأصلية.

You may return or exchange items according to our [Returns Policy]. Items must be unused and in original condition.



6. المسؤولية | Liability



لا تتحمل QUE Elan أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو المنتجات.

QUE Elan is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the site or products.

جميع المحتويات (الشعارات، الصور، النصوص، التصاميم) ملكية حصرية لـ QUE Elan ويُمنع استخدامها دون إذن مسبق.

سياسة الشحن (الأهم) | Shipping Policy (Important)



  • قد تخضع الطلبات الدولية لرسوم جمركية أو ضرائب تفرضها سلطات الجمارك في بلدك.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.
  • هذه الرسوم غير مشمولة في سعر المنتج أو تكلفة الشحن ويتحمل العميل دفعها عند الاستلام.
  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
  • بعد تأكيد الطلب، ستتلقى بريدًا إلكترونيًا بتأكيد الدفع والطلب والشحن.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive email notifications for payment, order, and shipping.
  • وقت التوصيل: 3–5 أيام عمل داخل الإمارات. أما الشحن الدولي فيختلف حسب الوجهة والجمارك.
  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days within the UAE. International shipping time varies depending on destination and customs
